Worth knowing

• Opening hours: Daily 14:00–21:30 (except special events / public holidays)
• Last shuttle out: Shuttle boats leave Bali Hai Pier from 14:00; last boat out at 19:00, included in the ticket
• Getting there: Offshore venue reached only by complimentary shuttle boat from Bali Hai Pier; check in at the Sina front office beside the pier with your booking confirmation or QR code
• Return transfers: Free shuttle speedboats back to the pier every 15 minutes, any time you want to leave
• Age restrictions: 20+ only from 6:00–9:30 PM; 14+ allowed 2:00–6:00 PM with a parent or guardian; no unaccompanied minors; no alcohol under 20
• Booking: Walk-ins accepted but advance booking strongly recommended; entry and seating not guaranteed
• Space prices: Reserved spaces from ฿12,000 (Ocean Bed, up to 3 people, includes ฿7,000 F&B credit) up to ฿42,000 (Summer Villa / Horizon Lounge, up to 8, includes ฿26,000 credit)
• What the package includes: Welcome drink, shuttle transfer, pool access, F&B credit and passenger insurance
• F&B credit conditions: Credit is loaded onto a wristband at check-in, valid only on the day, non-transferable, usable only in your reserved area, and not refundable or exchangeable for cash; anything above it is settled before departure
• Extra guests in a reserved area: Extra friends can join your area up to its capacity by buying a Day Pass
• Payment methods: All major credit/debit cards except American Express, plus PromptPay, QR, Alipay and Google Pay
• No ATM on board: Nearest ATM is the 7-Eleven opposite the Green Parking Building near the departure pier
• Towels and lockers: Towels free; lockers first-come first-served with a refundable 500 THB deposit
• Dress code: Smart-resort; no sports jerseys, sweatpants, basketball shorts, tank tops, sarongs/elephant pants, gym wear, ripped clothing, Crocs or socks with flip-flops
• No outside food or drink: Outside alcohol, drinks and food of any kind are banned; no food or drink at the pool
• Camera restrictions: Professional cameras, drones and detachable/telescopic lenses need prior written authorisation
• No pets: Pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises
• No sea swimming: Swimming in the sea around Sina is banned at all times; the pool is open during operating hours
• Mobility and health advisory: Not recommended for guests 70+, expectant mothers, or anyone with injuries or reduced mobility, because access is by boat
• Cancellation and refund policy: Free reschedule with 72+ hrs notice; under 72 hrs a 25% setup fee is deducted from your credit. 50% refund with 72+ hrs notice; under 72 hrs or no-show is non-refundable. Event tickets are non-refundable
• Bad weather: No refunds for rain unless the Captain suspends operations for safety, in which case you get a full refund of unused credit or a reschedule
• Check-in requirements: Full name required before boarding, plus security checks; guests who decline may be refused entry
• The venue does not cruise: Sina stays anchored for the whole visit
• Private buyouts: Single-deck takeovers and full-boat buyouts for up to 400 guests
