“The most expensive rooftop in Jomtien, and the service is what people talk about — Japanese-leaning food, a serious sake list and cocktails that go some way to justifying the bill. Order the seabass; the yakitori arrives over-sauced. Come for sunset drinks rather than a full dinner if you want the view without the damage. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.”
