Pattaya is unusually well supplied with things that go fast. Karting is the obvious one — three outdoor tracks within a few minutes of each other, which is more than most cities several times the size manage — but the real range is off-road. Guided ATV, buggy and dirt-bike tours run out of the hills east and south of town, on trails you would never find alone, and they grade rides by ability rather than putting everyone round the same loop. Bear in mind that the grading runs optimistic: the novice tours still catch out riders who have never been off tarmac.
